This massive single-building smart factory for medium and heavy-duty commercial vehicles represents a total investment of 1.838 billion yuan, covering 670 acres. It boasts 288 robots working collaboratively, a laser welding line for commercial vehicle roofs, and 100% automation in welding and painting. Integrating cutting-edge technologies such as digital twins and AI-powered quality inspection, it achieves visualized control over the entire process from parts arrival to vehicle production, increasing production efficiency by 30% compared to traditional factories. Once completed, it will produce one vehicle body every 87 seconds on average, with an annual output of 260,000 vehicles and a production value of 6 billion yuan. The D600 smart factory is built using a brand-new, fully modular platform. In terms of R&D, it breaks away from the limitations of traditional "oil-to-electric" conversions, constructing a multi-functional energy architecture compatible with fuel, natural gas, pure electric, battery swapping, and hybrid vehicles, enabling rapid expansion to over 100 vehicle models. With "green environmental protection, flexibility, and high efficiency" as its core, the factory integrates 102 "four new" technologies, constructing six intelligent manufacturing systems including highly flexible production lines, highly automated equipment, and highly reliable quality, achieving internationally leading production line technology.
